Pulsate Dance Force is proud to announce the remarkable success of its four troupes at recent events in Echuca and Melbourne in 2022. These troupes qualified to compete at Follow Your Dreams National Championships in Adelaide, where they faced and triumphed over some of Australia’s leading dance schools. Attending the National Championships was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the young athletes and a moment they will cherish forever. The Intermediate Squad came away with 4 National Titles & 1 Runner up Title . Elevate Academy took home 5 National Titles and the prestigious OVERALL SENIOR TROUPE CHAMPIONS & $1000 cash prize , which will be put back into their future training. The amount of hard work and determination our students showed over their training period and at Nationals is something we are all extremely proud of . It does go to show with the right type of training and nurturing our regional students can really stand up at a National level & create Wangaratta’s own National Champions !
In order to ensure that all children had the opportunity to attend the National Championships, Pulsate Dance Force initiated a six-month fundraising campaign. This involved organizing events and activities to reduce the financial burden on families associated with travel, accommodation, and entry fees. The Pulsate students and parents also solicited sponsorship from local businesses, which was met with an outstanding response.
Pulsate Dance Force wishes to extend its gratitude to its major sponsors for their support and recognition of the arts as an important industry to support local children. Being a community-driven dance studio, the organization appreciates the generosity of local businesses that have chosen to give back to the Pulsate students and families.
